HATHA YOGA BIRMINGHAM
Movement & Mind Hatha Yoga classes appeal to students of all levels and many different backgrounds. This class includes asana practice (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation.
"When you slow down the breath, you slow down the mind." This is the first thing we concentrate on in this class. If you've always thought Yoga was just about being bendy, all this talk about ancient teachings may sound a bit serious — don't worry, we're not here to preach.
