Vipassana; To see reality as it really is.
It’s the oldest form of Buddhist meditation where we observe ourself so we may transform ourself.
It is said that the Buddha was practising Vipassana when he became enlightened.
During Vipassana meditation the focus is on the connectedness of body and mind.
This practice is from the Buddhist tradition, however it is widely practiced in Yoga.
